Owner form: name, email, phone, location and property information, to answer your enquiry and present a service proposal.

Booking request: name, email, phone, country, number of guests, children's ages and stay dates, to manage the booking, comply with legal accommodation obligations and issue payment.

Technical browsing data strictly necessary for the operation and security of the website.

Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (bookings and proposals), consent (enquiries and marketing communications) and compliance with legal obligations (guest registration, invoicing, tax).

We use providers that process data on our behalf: website hosting and database, email delivery and Stripe for payment processing. We never sell personal data. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is done with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Commercial enquiries: up to 2 years after the last contact. Bookings and invoicing records: for the applicable legal periods, typically 10 years.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to geral@happyreturn.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
